1943: “Capt Ralph Green of the packer Seegay Chief [sic] was in Vancouver for engine check-up and to install an anchor winch. The same crew have been on this packer for a number of years, including Engineer Robert Boddie, Cook Charles Boyd, and Mate Fred Reid. This packer is a unit of the fleet of the Candian Fish & Cold Storage lt. Prince Rupert, and is powered with a 135 Caterpillar. (WF Jan 1943:11)
